Reece is a Director at Hollingsworth Consulting Services with over 15 years experience across a broad range of sectors, notably the Living Sector, delivering projects through all lifecycle stages.

Reece founded Hollingsworth Consulting Services in 2024 with the intent to offer a service of experience and high quality from the first meeting to throughout the project, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and no ‘post box’ management.

This was after several years working for a principal contractor, project management consultancy, and as a development manager in both the UK and Australia.

This breadth of experience has allowed Reece to make decisions in a strategic context with sound commercial acumen, and form a balanced viewpoint through the perspectives of the many different stakeholders to cut through the noise, resolve issues proactively, and drive the team forward to add value to the projects he is involved in.
